Employment Opportunities at Ridge Country Housing
Ridge Country Housing employs approximately 30 staff at our 2 Senior Lodges in Milk River and Raymond. These staff run the day to day operations of each Lodge, specifically in the areas of Food Preparation, Housekeeping, & Maintenance. Our Lodges are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so there is a variety of different opportunities to provide services to our residents.
Most of our employees begin by working as “Casual Employees”. These employees fill in for our full and part time employees when they are sick, on vacation or taking a leave of absence. Casual employees are trained to work in various shifts and are the first group of employees we look to when trying to fill a permanent position.
Job Openings
The Prairie Rose Lodge in Milk River is in need of Casual Employees. This is an on-call position that covers various shifts. Kitchen and or Housekeeping experience is preferred but a willingness to make the lives of Seniors better is the most desired trait.
